Flock creator program
You write about SEC filings. Your readers want the filings faster. Send them to Flock and receive 30% of every payment they make, for as long as they stay subscribed.

1. What Flock is
Flock's US edition publishes what institutional investors, corporate insiders and members of Congress disclosed in their SEC and House filings — 13F holdings, Form 4 purchases and sales, periodic transaction reports — with the filing date and a link to the source document on every row. Readers pay for alerts and depth; the filings themselves are public records. Flock does not tell anyone what to do with a security, and neither may you when you describe it (see §6).
2. The commission
- 30% of every payment Flock collects from a customer you referred, in US dollars, net of refunds and chargebacks.
- Recurring. It runs for the life of the referred subscription — every renewal, not only the first payment.
- The paid intro counts. Pro starts at $5 for the first 7 days, then $29/month. Your share of that is $1.50, then $8.70 each month. Pro annual ($290/year) pays $87 per year; Business ($299/month) pays $89.70 per month.
- USD payments only. Flock's India edition is billed in rupees through a different processor and is outside this program.
3. How a referral is counted
- Your link. Accepted creators get a code and a link of the form
us.useflock.in/?ref=yourcode. A visit through it sets a first-party cookie for 60 days. An account created within that window is attributed to you. - Your code at checkout. A reader who heard your code rather than clicking a link can type it on the payment page. The code changes nothing about the price; it only records who sent them. It is accepted under the same new-account rule as the link.
- First creator wins. Attribution is written once and never moved: at account creation for a link, or at the first checkout for a typed code, and only while the account has none.
- New accounts only. An account is new when it was created within the last 60 days and has never started a subscription on any plan. Older accounts, accounts that have ever started a subscription, and your own accounts do not attribute — by link or by code.
4. Payouts
- Monthly, by PayPal, by the 15th of the following month, with a statement of the referred subscriptions and the payments counted.
- Balances under $25 roll over to the next month.
- A refunded or charged-back payment is deducted from the next statement. Flock's refund policy is on the refunds page.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you receive. Flock is operated from India by a sole proprietor; payouts are made in US dollars.
5. Who it is for
People who already publish about US filings to an audience — an X account, a newsletter, a YouTube channel, a podcast, a Substack, a Discord. There is no minimum audience, but there is a review: every application is read by a person and accepted or declined by email, usually within two business days.
6. Rules
These are conditions of the program. A breach ends it, with the balance accrued to that date paid out.
- Disclose the relationship. Every post, message or page that carries your link or code must say that it is an affiliate link (for example “#ad” or “affiliate link”), as the US FTC Endorsement Guides require.
- Describe filings, not actions. Say what was filed, by whom and when. Do not present Flock's data as guidance on what to do with a security, do not attach forecasts or performance claims to it, and do not call any disclosure a reason to act. Flock is not a registered investment adviser and its content is not investment advice; your description of it must not make it sound like one.
- No paid search on the brand. Do not run search ads on “Flock”, “useflock” or misspellings of them.
- No coupon sites, no spam. Do not list the code on coupon or deal aggregators, in unsolicited messages, or in comments where it is off-topic.
- No self-referrals. Accounts you or your household create do not count.
- Accurate claims only. Quote Flock's prices and features as they appear on the pricing page and the product page. There is no free trial and no discount attached to your code; do not imply one.
- Flock may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commission accrued before the change is paid under the terms it accrued under.
7. Apply
Two fields are required. If accepted you get your code, your link and the payout details by email from support@useflock.in.
