Terms & Conditions — US edition

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Flock's US edition — the website at https://us.useflock.in and the SEC filing surfaces it serves (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated from India by Neeraj Khandelwal, sole proprietor trading as Flock, registered at C 703, Spring Bloom, BG Shirke Road, BT Kawade Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411036, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Informational use only — not investment advice

Flock republishes information from public SEC filings for informational purposes only. Nothing on this page is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security.

Flock is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, does not provide personalized financial advice, and owes no fiduciary duty to any reader.

Filed data lags reality: Form 13F holdings are as of quarter end and filed up to 45 days later, and Form 4 insider transactions are filed within 2 business days of the trade. Positions shown may have changed or closed, and filings may contain errors we do not correct.

Flock makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown and accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on it. Consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

Flock is a research, data, and journalism product. It republishes public SEC disclosures — including Form 13F-HR institutional holdings and Form 4 insider transaction filings — time-stamped and linked to their original source on SEC EDGAR. We publish no curated baskets, no ratings, and no suitability views, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to deal in any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation

Paid US plans are billed in US dollars on a monthly subscription basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. Current plans and prices are shown on our US pricing page. Where US checkout is not yet open, the pricing page says so — no charge is ever taken for a plan you cannot yet subscribe to.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, and the plan's recurring price is charged to the payment method you authorised, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.

You may cancel at any time from your account page or by writing to us. Cancellation stops auto-renewal immediately: your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

5. Refunds

A first purchase is eligible for a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days. To request one, email support@useflock.in from the address on your account with the charge you would like refunded; approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the data except as expressly permitted by your plan; scrape, bulk-export, or circumvent rate limits outside the documented API; reverse-engineer the Service; misrepresent the Service as advice about investments; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We source data from public SEC filings and third parties and, while we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Data may be delayed or revised after publication — see section 2 for the specific filing windows that apply to 13F and Form 4 data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service and terms

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

The Service is operated from India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Service.
