Disclosure data, already parsed and traceable to the filing
SEC 13F holdings with quarter-over-quarter deltas, Form 4 transactions with their codes intact, and eight Indian disclosure registers with redistribution rights we have not found any US 13F vendor offering — one normalized shape, with each SEC row stamped with the filing it came from.

Disclosures shown are public regulatory filings. Data may be delayed or incomplete. Smart-money entities may no longer hold positions shown. Not investment advice.
What is in the feed
- Normalized holdings, not raw filings. A 13F-HR arrives as an XML information table keyed by CUSIP; for each tracked filer-quarter, the current dataset retains up to the 200 largest positions by reported value, already mapped and typed.
- Quarter-over-quarter deltas computed against a named prior snapshot. Where no defensible prior quarter exists, the delta is absent rather than guessed — an absence you can see and reason about.
- Form 4 transactions with the SEC transaction code preserved, so a Form 4 purchase disclosure is distinguishable from an award, a gift or an option exercise.
- Amendments handled: a corrected filing supersedes the row it corrects, and the supersede link is in the data rather than left for you to work out.
- Every SEC row carries the accession number and filing date it came from, so any figure can be walked back to the filing on EDGAR.
The part we have not found US vendors selling
The Indian registers, with redistribution rights
Flock's US data is careful work on public filings — worth paying for, but reproducible by anyone willing to do it. The Indian side is not: eight registers, collected daily, normalized into the same schema as the US data, and licensed so you can put them in front of your own users.
If your product needs Indian ownership and insider data, this is the conversation to have. If it only needs US filings, say so — the price and the scope are set per agreement, not per feature list.
Who this is for
You are building a product on ownership data
You need holdings and insider transactions as a table you can join, not an XML parser to maintain. The commercial terms are explicit and redistribution inside your own product is the point of the conversation, not an exception to it.
You need India, and your US vendor does not carry it
The eight Indian disclosure registers — bulk and block deals, insider filings, shareholding patterns, mutual-fund portfolios and more — normalized into the same shape as the US data, with redistribution rights. This is the part of the feed we have not found any US vendor selling.
You are a research desk that wants the work done
The parsing, the CUSIP and issuer mapping, the amendment chain and the prior-quarter comparison are the expensive parts of EDGAR. The filings are public; having them already correct is what you are buying.
You want the overlap as data
The same 120-day 13F and 45-day Form 4 conjunction the site shows, delivered as records with both legs and their source filings attached. See how it is defined.
What we will tell you before you ask
- US filings are public. Flock does not have privileged access to EDGAR and does not claim any — what you are buying is the normalization, the mapping and the audit trail, not exclusivity.
- The current 13F dataset retains up to the 200 largest positions by reported value per tracked filer-quarter. It is not the complete long tail of every filing.
- 13F data is as timely as 13F filings, which describe a quarter-end already past. No feed can make that data current, and one that implies it is misdescribing the filing.
- Coverage is what it is, and it is stated per register rather than as a blanket claim. Ask for the current coverage sheet before you sign anything.
- The subscription is self-serve at checkout, but the API key itself is issued by a person after you request it from your account page — usually the same day, never instantly. No card details are collected on this page.

Filed data lags reality: Form 13F holdings are as of quarter end and filed up to 45 days later, and Form 4 insider transactions are filed within 2 business days of the trade. Positions shown may have changed or closed, and filings may contain errors we do not correct.
