The 13F pages are free to browse today — every tracked filer, no account needed. Two paid plans sit above that. Both start themselves at checkout; the Data plan's API key is issued on request after you subscribe.
Pro is $5 for your first 7 days, then $29/month. The $5 is charged when you start and covers the first 7 days — it is a paid first week, not a free trial. Checkout runs on PayPal, and the account is created on useflock.in. The Data plan subscribes the same way at $299/month; the API key itself is issued by a person after you request it from your account page, usually the same day.
Pro renews monthly at $29 until cancelled; cancelling stops auto-renewal and access runs to the end of the paid period. Full details in the US terms.

No plan on this page includes recommendations, ratings, price targets or portfolio management. Flock publishes what was filed, by whom, and when — paying changes how much of it you get and how you are told, not what kind of thing it is.
