Showing the 20 stocks bought by the most members, of 61 distinct stocks/assets bought in the window (ranked by member count, then rows; single-member names beyond the cut are not listed). Grouped by the filing's printed ticker, else its asset text — the same stock disclosed with and without a ticker can appear as separate rows. Counts are disclosure rows (an amended transaction files again and is counted as filed); each row shows the group's largest single disclosed range verbatim — ranges are never summed. Frequently asked questions

Which stock did the most members of Congress buy this month?

Microsoft Corporation - Common Stock (MSFT) [ST] — 2 members disclosed 4 purchase rows of it in STOCK Act filings between Sep 11, 2026 and Oct 11, 2026, the largest single disclosure in the $500,001 – $1,000,000 range. Counts are disclosure rows (an amended transaction files again); amounts are normally ranges, not exact figures. Not investment advice.

How do members of Congress disclose stock purchases?

The STOCK Act (2012) requires a periodic transaction report for securities transactions over $1,000 — the member's own, a spouse's, or a dependent child's — within 30 days of the member becoming aware, at most 45 days after the trade. Amounts are normally disclosed as ranges. The filings are public on the House Clerk's website.

Why do the amounts show as ranges?

Because that is how the law requires them to be filed. STOCK Act disclosures state a bracket (for example $1,001–$15,000), not an exact figure, so Flock shows each filing's range verbatim and never adds ranges together — a sum of brackets would be an invented number.

How fresh is this page?

Filings can arrive up to 45 days after a trade, so this page reflects disclosures, never live positions. It re-computes hourly over a rolling 30-day filing window (currently Sep 11, 2026 to Oct 11, 2026), from Flock's twice-daily ingestion of the House Clerk's index. 7 filings in the window are paper image scans whose transactions cannot be machine-read and are not counted here.
